As a subscriber, you are not entitled to a refund or credit from SCL, our payment processor, or any parties affiliated with us under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect purchases, failure to use the product or content, dissatisfaction with the product or content, or delays or failures in receiving notifications or messages.
However, under special circumstances and at SCL’s sole discretion, we may offer refunds, credits, or discounts. This is an exception and not a guarantee, and receiving a refund, credit, or discount in one case does not entitle you to the same in any other or future cases.
- Limitation of Liability: By using SCL, you acknowledge that sports betting involves inherent risks, and our site's purpose is to provide information for entertainment purposes, not guarantees. As such, we cannot be held liable for betting outcomes or decisions made based on our content.
